Committees

In line with the vision and mission of BUIKAD, the Academy Committee organizes the trainings required and/or requested by our members at least three times a year. Thus, it is the general purpose of this Committee to contribute to the personal and corporate development of BUIKAD members in order to strengthen their existence in business life.

In line with the vision and mission of BUIKAD, the Network and Cooperation Committee develops cooperation in accordance with the protocols prepared by communicating with relevant stakeholders in local, national and international areas. The general purpose of this Committee is to ensure the recognition of BUIKAD in national and international areas by establishing collaborations and to develop projects in this context.

In line with the vision and mission of BUIKAD, the Member Relations Committee works to strengthen communication between members and improve the network between them. This Committee strengthens communication with visits to current and new member. The main purpose of the Committee is to develop, via its efforts, a sense of belonging among the members of BUIKAD.

In line with the vision and mission of BUIKAD, the Organization Committee organizes min. 1 domestic and 1 international trip every year. This Committee contributes to the promotion of BUIKAD and its members, especially on the bases B2B interviews during these trips. In line with the vision and mission of BUIKAD, the R&D and Innovation Committee compiles and interprets important researches on the issues such as ensuring women’s participation in the business world, making women employment sustainable and enhancing the professional and managerial skills of women employees in the business world. The overall aim of the Committee is to develop innovative projects in these areas and to ensure that existing EU projects of the Association are executed.

Books shed light on our path… At the BUIKAD Book Club established with this idea, the book-lover BUIKAD members who like reading and discussing by adopting a culture of book reading and discussion meet once a month. The members of the Book Club share and discuss their thoughts and comments about the book they’ve read that month. The books that have been read are discussed and commented in many perspectives in the meetings where the culture of discussion is active. The members of BUIKAD Book Club not only read books, but also act with social responsibility awareness by donating books to the schools in need of books.
