BUIKAD has implemented the Financial Literacy Project “I Can Manage My Money” along with the partners, HABITAT Development and Governance Association and VISA.
The volunteer members of BUIKAD who were trained in financial literacy and trainer’s training provided trainings for private companies, NGOs, municipalities, universities and high schools in Bursa and the surrounding provinces and reached 3,000 people with these trainings.
With this Project, it is aimed to reach all segments, i.e. women/men, young/adult, employer/employee, student/teacher, to raise awareness on borrowing and accumulation issues and to increase financial literacy.
BUIKAD was granted the NGO award, “Bursa Governorship-Shapers of Education” in 2015 with the Project “I Can Manage My Money”.
